These Terms define the relationship between E-CZAR and its distinguished clientele. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below. All Terms are sent to the client/company, signed in duplicate (two copies of the contract), and notarized by a local notary office.
E-CZAR offers a curated portfolio of services, including:
Each service is bespoke. The scope, creative direction, and deliverables are defined according to the category selected at the time of booking.
All services are subject to a 10% Japan Consumption Tax (JCT) in accordance with Japanese regulations. Pricing is exclusively customized and provided directly to each client. Final values are determined based on the service category selected at the time of booking and the specific requirements of the project.
Accepted payment methods:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the contract. The remaining 50% must be paid within 5 days after contract execution. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the service.
All payments made to E-CZAR are final and non-refundable, including deposits and full payments.
Rescheduling is permitted only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
In such cases, services may be rescheduled at the discretion of E-CZAR. Rescheduling does not constitute a refund and is subject to availability.
For services requiring travel, all related expenses must be paid in advance by the client, including:
These costs are separate from the service fees.
Clients are expected to provide accurate information, maintain timely communication, and respect all scheduled commitments.
All creative direction, styling concepts, strategies, and materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of E-CZAR unless otherwise agreed in writing.
E-CZAR is not liable for subjective dissatisfaction, third-party performance, or circumstances beyond its control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan and applicable international regulations.

E-CZAR reserves the right to update or refine these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
